Project Overview
This loft clearance project was completed in Battersea, close to the iconic Battersea Power Station, after a homeowner discovered that the loft space in her newly purchased flat had been left full of unwanted items and rubbish by the previous occupants.
Following the discovery, the client contacted us and requested an urgent clearance. Understanding the need to make the space usable as quickly as possible, we scheduled the work for the very next day. During our inspection, it became clear that the loft had not been properly checked before the property sale was completed, leaving the new owner responsible for a large amount of waste and abandoned belongings.
As the oversight had occurred during the sales process, the estate agency accepted responsibility for the issue and covered the cost of the loft clearance on behalf of the client. Our team carried out a full clearance, removing all unwanted materials and ensuring the loft was completely emptied.
The project was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to the homeowner. Once finished, the loft was left clean, clear, and ready for storage, allowing the client to fully enjoy her new property without the burden of dealing with the previous owner’s unwanted possessions.
