Loft Clearance – and Water Tank removal

This project took place in Bexley and involved a full loft clearance carried out on a Sunday, arranged to suit the client’s availability.

The main task was the removal of a very heavy water tank from the loft. Despite its weight, the tank was successfully removed without cutting it, carefully manoeuvring it through the loft access and out of the property. Extra care was taken throughout the process to ensure the property was protected and no damage occurred during the removal.

In addition to removing the tank, the job also included clearing general waste, old items stored in the loft, and removing sections of old insulation that were no longer needed.

Once all unwanted materials were removed, the entire loft area was thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned, leaving the space tidy and ready for future use.

The work was completed efficiently while maintaining a high level of care and attention to detail, ensuring the client was left with a clean, safe, and fully cleared loft space.
